Howie Mandel set to replace David Hasselhoff in ‘America’s Got Talent’

Los Angeles, Jan 11 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Howie Mandel is all set to replace David Hasselhoff in the ‘America’s Got Talent’ show. Howie Mandel was the former host of the ‘Deal or No Deal’ show.

Just last week, David Hasselhoff had announced that he is leaving the NBC reality talent show to focus on making his own TV program. So a replacement was found for him in the form of Howie Mandel. The other judges of the show are Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan and the host of the show is Nick Cannon.

NBC Executive VP for Alternative Programming Paul Telegdy said, “Howie is one of America’s favorite entertainers and his sense of humor and energy are irrepressible. He’s passionate about new talent and his years of experience across a variety of disciplines in entertainment, not to mention the fact the he headlines and performs in Vegas all the time, will bring new depth to our panel.”

“He will be a real asset to our contestants and help them take their talents to the next level. We are thrilled to have him join Sharon and Piers and are sure that sparks will fly.”

Howie Mandel has worked with the channel before too in the shows “Deal or No Deal” and “Howie Do It”. So he says that he is naturally thrilled to continue working with the station.
