Los Angeles, Feb 4 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Howard Stein appeared on David Letterman’s Show.

Stein who is known for not ever apologizing ended up doing just that on the show. The radio host apologized to Letterman for what happened between the two of them several years ago.

According to Stern, during the early years of the talk-show hosts, he used to discuss the phone conversations that he had with Letterman on his radio show. That infuriated Letterman who later stopped calling Stern.

After so many years, Stern realized that he was wrong and apologized for his action.

Stern said, “I really want to apologize to you for doing that. And if you should call me again, I would not reveal what you said.”

Letterman fortunately accepted the apology. He never gave any assurance though that he was going to call again.

With that issue sorted out, Stern turned to another issue between the two men. He said he had an issue with a Super Bowl ad that Letterman did with Jay Leno. Stern did not mince words in showing his dislike for Leno on the show.

He described Leno as “horrible” in that particular ad.
