“House” Season 7 Episode 2 Intrigues Viewers

Sep 28, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After the comeback, “House” aired its second episode on Sep 27. The second episode named “Selfish”, dealt with a family consisting of a temporarily sick fourteen years old girl Della and her terminally ill brother. The parents are struck between the treatment of their otherwise active daughter, who collapses during a skateboarding competition and their son, who is has very little hopes of recovery. The “House” team tries to assure the parents of the sick children that everything will be under control, while at the same time, they try to diagnose the reason behind Della’s collapse in the middle of the competition. Della needs a lungs transplant immediately, and the team is desperately seeking for a lungs donor. However, her body rejects the first donor’s lungs left with very little time to transplant the a second one, due to its nonavailability at that moment. Della’s family is left with very little hopes regarding the future of both their children, seeking for a new Donor, to save their children’s life.
On the other hand, House and Cuddy, back in the clinic has to deal with the case of an elderly man and his son, trying to appease them. The ,most important part of the second episode was that, House and Cuddy are now ready to take the challenges of taking their romance to the work place. The second episode had the guest appearances of Maurice Bobbin Bergstrom as the Nurse, Alyson Stoner as Della Stephanie Courtney, Claire Sean Smith as Ernest Dwier Brown and George Allan Rich as Sidney.
“House” has already increased the number of loyal viewers to many folds than the last few seasons. It has a total American Viewership of 10.54 millions. and this season seems to have taken the shoe to a whole new level, with every episode having more excitement than its previous ones.
