Home Minister provides security to World Cupp 2011 director
November 28th, 2009 - 5:31 pm ICT by sampurnNewly turned director/ actor Ravi Kapoor seems to be in troubled waters. The reason is his debut venture World Cupp 2011. The movie depicts the reality of underworld with a backdrop of cricket bookies. And the fact- Kapoor has given real names of underworld dons to the characters has landed him in a big soup.
Exclaims Kapoor, “I am not scared for I have made a film which is a crude reality of underworld. However, I thank Maharashtra Home Minister R. R. Patil for the security he has provided.” He also confirms the presence of R. R. Patil’s character in a good taste in the movie.
Wonder, whether R. R. Patil is returning the favor to Kapoor of bringing him in the good light in the movie considering the general opinion of people for politicians in India!
