Hollywood honours British film director Michael Winner

American Cinematique, which has previously lauded filmmakers including Steven Spielberg and Billy Wilder, kick started a 3-day celebration of his work in Los Angeles on Friday, reports the Telegraph.
Winner, who has made more than 30 feature films stretching back to 1960, has long been more popular in America than at home.
US fans are queuing up for screenings of ‘Death Wish’, ‘Scorpio’, ‘The Nightcomers’, ‘The Mechanic’, ‘The Jokers’ and ‘I’ll Never Forget What’s’isname’. (ANI)
