London, Feb 4 (ANI): After Helen Mirren making waves at the Oscars with The Queen, another epic on one of the most publicised members of the Monarchy may be in the pipeline a Hollywood production on the life of Princess Diana.
With the proceedings on the Princesss inquest at London s Royal Courts of Justice taking a new turn everyday, it certainly makes up for the stuff that Hollywood movies are made of.
It has now been revealed that showbiz bigwigs are planning to make a courtroom-based film, with flashback scenes from Dianas life, based on the dramatic proceedings of the inquest that started a decade after her death.
According to an executive, who works with Hollywood studio New Line Cinema , America has always been fascinated with the Peoples Princess and it was given a new shake with the inquest.
