Washington, Oct 5 (ANI): Actor Sean Penn may be soon be embroiled in a legal battle, as a Hollywood snapper he allegedly attacked last week is considering a lawsuit against him.

Cameraman Jordan Dawes, who claims he received multiple bruises and cuts after a scuffle with the ‘Milk’ star, has already filed a police complaint against the actor.

Dawes’ employers Flynet Pictures say that he did nothing to offend Penn, who “emerged from his truck and walked over 50 feet towards the photog and kicked and punched him without provocation.”

Contactmusic quoted them as saying: “Penn also berated the photog with obscenities and shouted that he would ‘put you in a box’ to the photog before going back to his house.” (ANI)
