Dec. 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Just like “every cloud”, the Tiger Woods’ scandals have come up with their own silver lining. The golfer’s numerous affairs seem to have stirred a little more than endless speculation and Christmas cards. Moreover, it has also given him the chance to opt for an alternate career, in case he really bids goodbye to golf. Now, he has the opportunity to star in a film. Tiger Woods has been chosen by the director of “Hangover” to star in the next installment of the popular movie.
The director of the film, Todd Philips, has mentioned that he would like to cast the philandering golfer in the sequel that he has planned for the highly successful film. Apparently, the idea struck him in a moment of philanthropy, and he decided to star the world’s number one golfer in order to help him regain his highly tarnished image. Todd Philips commented that the casting of Tiger Woods in the film would not mean that they would be making fun of him: the character would be funny, not the actor playing it.
Apparently, Heather Graham, who would be reprising the role of an expectant stripper in the film, commented that she would love to work with the golfing star. She felt that acting in a film with Tiger Woods would be fun and an experience worth having. If there is any chance that the director might have spoken in jest, Justin Bartha adds seriousness to the comment, saying that it might just happen, because one can never he very sure with Todd Philips.
