Los Angeles, Jan 11 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Holly Willoughby mispronounced an English word but little did she know that what she said had completely different meaning in another language. Holly was helping out guest chef Gino D’Acampo in the kitchen on the show when she referred to pecorino cheese as ‘pecorina.’

What she never realized immediately was that ‘pecorina’ is actually an Italian word which is used to describe certain position during sex. Of course Gino heard that and educated the 30-year-old presenter.

Daily Mail quoted a source at the studio as saying that, “Holly innocently referred to pecorino as pecorina which has an entirely different meaning in Italian. It refers to having sex doggy style. Gino corrected Holly on air but didn’t tell her what the error referred to. He did well to keep a straight face.”

Despite the obvious shock, Gino managed to diffuse the attention by putting on a straight face. It is obvious that it was an innocent mistake from Holly but fellow presenters would not allow the issue to die at the studio.

Guest presenter Jenni Falconer joked about the incident when she took to Twitter. She wrote on her Twitter page that, “Lucky @ginofantastico corrected @hollywills on @itvthismorning when she said pecorina…..means something altogether different!! LOL @schofe. It means getting jiggy with it!!! lol.”
