Hilton wants meaty roles, bags role in Solondz’s film

London, Nov 14 (IANS) After giving two box office duds, socialite Paris Hilton now wants to do serious movies.Hilton had crashed at the box office with “The Hottie and the Nottie” and “House Of Wax”. But she is now set to star in a film directed by Independent cinema stalwart Todd Solondz. The untitled film is about a dysfunctional family in war time, thesun.co.uk reports.
The film will also take off on elements from Solondz’s breakout “Happiness”.
Hilton already made a foray into more serious acting when she put on a dark look for “Repo! The Genetic Opera”.
