Hilton freed in marijuana case

Los Angeles, July 3 (IANS) Socialite Paris Hilton, detained at Port Elizabeth in South Africa Friday for possessing marijuana, has been given a clean chit by officials.
Hilton was questioned by police after someone in her entourage was allegedly caught smoking marijuana at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, a World Cup soccer venue, reports tmz.com.
But police released her saying it was a case of mistaken identity.
