Hilary Duff To Wed

August 7, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): It seems that Lizzie McGuire is all grown up. We are talking about Hilary Duff, who earned initial fame after she portrayed the character of Lizzie.
The singer/actress Hilary Duff would soon be seen tying the knot. She would get married to her hockey-playing fiancé Mike Comrie this month. The two wouldn’t marry on the 14th of this month, as some have reported.
A source says that the wedding will be a very low-key affair and would be orchestrated by wedding planner Mindy Weiss. Mindy has had a big experience in this field and her earlier clients have included celebrities like Gwen Stefani, Jessica Simpson, and Adam Sandler.
Hillary, the Disney starlet and her fiancée, who plays for Edmonton Oilers, reportedly have been undergoing private lessons with instructor Lisa Goodman in order to prepare properly for their first dance. Hillary has been working with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak and has also been taking Pilates classes in the Studio City.
