London, Aug 14 (IANS) Singer Hilary Duff is working hard on her figure to look her stunning best for her upcoming wedding.
She is reportedly set to tie the knot with fiance Mike Comrie this weekend and has hired the help of popular Canadian fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to get slim and trim, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

“The key is to have amazing shoulders and amazing arms as posture is really important. But it’s also important to have a really tight midsection because the way a wedding dress hugs your midsection, you really want it lean and tight,” said Pasternak.

The trainer has given Duff a strict exercise regime.

“Instead of a five-minute cardio warm-up and a five-minute cardio cool-down, we will extend those cardio phases to 15 minutes before and after our workout,” he added.

In the meantime, the singer-actress has been eating five small meals a day and has found her workout sessions to be productive.

“I think she vocally disliked them all! But she looks toned and tight. I’m really proud of her, she looks fantastic,” said Pasternak.

Earlier, Duff had expressed concern about her wedding dress as she thought it was “overwhelming” for her petite frame.

She had said: “I want it to be girlie and kind of on the bigger side but not too overwhelming because I’m so small. I mean, people would be like, ‘Whoa, cupcake!’”
