Heres why Peaches Geldofs 186-day marriage broke-up
February 9th, 2009 - 4:22 pm ICT by ANILondon, Feb 09 (ANI): Peaches Geldofs intimate friendship with another rock star is the reason behind her break-up with her musician hubby Max Drummey, according to pals.
They say that Sir Bobs daughter, who has announced that she is divorcing Drummey, is besotted with The Virgins frontman Donald Cumming.
Peaches was spotted with 26-year-old Cumming dozens of times while her Drummey talked of his love for her and desperately tried to save their fragile marriage.
Peaches has been seeing Donald for weeks. She really likes him, the Sun quoted a pal, as saying.
She couldnt care less about Max. As far as she is concerned she just married him for a laugh and he needs to move on now that she has got bored of him.
Her dad is relieved she has ended the relationship, which he never believed was ever based on more than alcohol and teen irresponsibility, the pal added.
The couple announced their split in a joint statement through an agent.
In the statement, they mentioned that no one else was involved in their split. (ANI)
