Helen Mirren to receive Sherry Award
November 17th, 2010 - 1:27 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Nov 17 (IANS) Oscar-winning actress Dame Helen Mirren will be honoured with the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award at a ceremony next month.
Former recipient Halle Berry will preset the award to her at the Women in Entertainment Breakfast next month, reports contactmusic.com.
The award is presented annually to a woman who has built a unique entertainment career and made significant contributions to society.
Other previous winners include Barbara Walters, Meryl Streep, Jodie Foster and Glenn Close.
