London, Nov 11 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan reversed her car into another car on Friday. The 21-year-old actress later revealed that she has been working since very early in the morning.

In an apparent loss of concentration, Flanagan reportedly reversed her Range Rover to the Vauxhall Corsa of a cleaner. The home cleaning employee reportedly took her phone and called her bosses and reported the accident.

Witnesses say when the woman brought out her phone, she told her employers that, “Rosie Webster’s just crashed into me!”

Flanagan has been on Coronation Street for 12 years now. She has announced that she will be stepping down from the show at the end of the year. She explained that the move is necessary for her to undertake other ventures in her life.

In another interview with Hello Magazine, the actress revealed that she is not comfortable with the storylines of her character. She said that, “I didn’t enjoy playing her when she went through a promiscuous phase. Luckily she shows more heart these days. But I’d give her some advice and tell her to calm down a bit. She is fiercely ambitious and worships power and money.”

The Sun reports that when security staff of ITV went to the scene of the accident and spoke to both women.
