Heigl dependent on electronic cigarettes
July 17th, 2010 - 3:35 am ICT by IANSLondon, July 17 (IANS) Actress Katherine Heigl, who has been trying to give up smoking, has not been able to do so completely and is now dependent on electronic cigarettes.
Heigl, 31, has battled with her addiction to tobacco since she was 24, but vowed to quit last year after admitting she had become a “slave” to her habit and now wants to calm her cravings, reports contactmusic.com.
Heigl was also pushed to stop smoking after becoming a mother to adopted daughter Naleigh in September last year but she hasn’t completely snubbed her dependency on nicotine - she is puffing on electronic cigarettes.
The device provides doses of nicotine through a vapourised solution so users don’t have to take in harmful smoke.
