California, June 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Her separation from Spencer Pratt might have been tagged as a “publicity stunt” by the media but Heidi Montag recently proved it to be a serious affair. Reportedly, the 23 year old celebrity has hired a divorce lawyer for her case.

It was a couple of weeks ago when Heidi Montag had told the media that her decision to separate herself from Spencer Pratt is all due to his “increasingly bizarre behavior” which she couldn’t handle anymore. Recently she went ahead to hire Family law specialist Jodeane Farrell who is said to be the man who would settle the final scores between the couple.

It was said that the Family law specialist shall soon have both the couple in one place for a meeting that shall settle all property claims. Following that they shall have to bear with each other for a period not less than six months in accordance to the California law before they can draw the final line to their marriage.

When asked about the legal proceedings, the lawyer told the media that he is still trying to set everything right between the pair and hopes to get over with the divorce as fast as possible. In his own words things are “very amicable” between Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

On the other hand, the surgery crazy star has approached Justin Bieber on Twitter asking him to pose for a photo shoot with her. She told in her Twitter post that she is “close” to Justin Bieber in age and that a photo shoot will be ideal at this point in time.
