Heidi Montag had ‘ups and downs’ with body lately!

Washington, Nov 01 (ANI): Heidi Montag-who famously had 10 procedures done in one day-has revealed that she had ‘ups and downs’ with her body lately.
She was spotted showing off her surgically enhanced curves in a gold mini-dress in a Halloween party.
“I’m Heidi Montag for Halloween. I designed my own dress,” Usmagazine.com quoted her as saying.
“I’m good. I’m just trying to focus on other things, not focus so much on my body,” she added. (ANI)
