Heidi Montag files for divorce

London, June 9 (IANS) Reality TV star Heidi Montag has filed for divorce from husband Spencer Pratt.
Montag filed for legal separation in the Santa Monica Court citing “irreconcilable differences”, reports okmagazine.com.
Montag and Pratt’s relationship became bizarre in recent months with the latter admitting he has banned his wife from watching TV and using the internet.
The couple, who worked together in MTV series “The Hills”, tied the knot in 2008 in a ceremony in Mexico. The following year they exchanged vows for a second time in Pasadena, California, amid claims that their Mexican nuptials were not legal.
