Heidi Fleiss could be billed as one of the most infamous woman in Pahrump, but on Tuesday she was just another woman in the courtroom on Tuesday waiting with her attorney to appear before Judge John Davis. Heidi was charged for the the usage of the drug methamphetamine and possession of the painkiller hydocodon without holding a prescription in Nye County, Nevada. According to the sources, Fleiss, who is best known as “Hollywood Madam” after her prostitution ring was busted a decade back, was reportedly granted three years probation on the urge of the county’s parole and probation department.

The 43 year old Fleiss was sentenced to three years of possession in order to become sober. The three year probation period granted by the court has ordered Fleiss to give up alcohol, drugs and gambling within the stipulated period of time. According to the sources, Fleiss pleaded guilty for illegal possession of the painkiller hydocodon without prescription. Fleiss reportedly told Judge John Davis, “I have had a substantial abuse problem that I am addressing and I am still in treatment.” Sources reveal that Fleiss’ attorney Robert Hill reportedly asked the Davis to reduce the stipulated probation period of his client as Fleiss has already passed a substantial 21 day program along with an additional 21 days. The program is actually a part of the VH1 reality show called “Celebrity Rehab With Dr.Drew” which is going to be aired in 2010. The Chief Deputy District Attorney Kirt Vitto advised Davis to stick to the three year probation plan.

Fleiss, who always had a tiff with the law is barred from gambling, consuming alcohol and drugs within the stipulated probation period.
