London, Feb 20 (IANS) Heather Mills is selling her $5 million New York home after deciding she doesn’t spend enough time in the city to make it worth keeping it.The former model bought the 1,800 sq. feet two-bedroom house at 173 Perry Street for about $5 million after her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney in 2008, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
However, Mills has decided she no longer needs the home because she is spending most of her time skiing in Austria in a bid to make to the British Ski team for the 2014 Paralympic games.
“I hadn’t been to the city in nearly a year due to my downhill ski-race training,” she said.
The 43-year-old blonde who lost part of her left leg in a motorcycle accident is reportedly in negotiations with a New York financier to sell the home.
