Los Angeles, Apr 1, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Heather McComb would finally get divorced from her husband of seven years, James Van Der Beek. According to reports, the court records of the actor show that the couple has finally settled the terms and conditions of the divorce. Actress Heather McComb, who had appeared in television shows and movies, got married to teen heartthrob James Van Der Beek back in July 2003. The couple lived together for six years but has not parented any kid.

Though the couple had made many public appearances together after their marriage and even did not mind some public display of affection, in June 10, 2009 it was made public that the couple has split permanently. James Van Der Beek filed for divorce at the Los Angeles court in November 2009 and mentioned to the court that they have been living separately for many months. The lawyers of the two sides after that have worked on the divorce settlements and the couple according to reports has finally resolved the terms.

The actor has agreed to pay spousal support to Heather McComb till 2012. Some media sources claim that Heather McComb, who has a monthly income of around $1,750 reportedly will receive around $7,750 per month from James Van Der Beek, who has an income of around $35,000 per month. However James Van Der Beek will possess their North Hollywood residence. The settlement also mentions that the 33-year-old actor will hold the authority of his bank accounts and all the payments that are due from his professional commitments. He will also reserve the rights of all other projects and screenplays that he has created. The official declaration of the divorce will be made on June 3.
