Heather McComb and James Van der Beek file divorce papers

They had already separated earlier this year and now have gone the formal way, by filing the papers which cite the usual ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason. They were married for 6 years.
The actor couple got engaged in early 2003 and was married during the Independence Day weekend that year itself in a romantic ceremony in Malibu.
They exchanged their wedding rings and promised to be man and wife to each other, in a small outdoor ceremony in front of the pair’s closest friends and family, including Dawson Creek co-stars Michelle Williams, Busy Phillips and Soleil Moon Fyre.
The thirty-two year old James Van Der Beek has no children with his separated wife Heather Ann McComb.
The gorgeous actress Heather McComb was a child actor. She appeared in commercials and also made some small appearances on TV shows.
