HBO announces the end of the show ‘Big Love’

Los Angeles, Oct 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Big Love show that has been airing on HBO for the past 5 seasons and which is usually marred by controversies will be coming to an end next year. The show, which showcases the life of polygamist families in the state of Utah, will begin season 5 on January 16 and come to an end permanently after 10 episodes.

Ever since the show started showing on TV, the brains behind it - Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer has never hidden their desire to end it some time. In its first season, Olsen stated that they planned to make the show a nationally acclaimed one. After the end of the fourth season of the show, Bill Henrickson who stars as Bill Paxton revealed publicly that he had more than one wife after he won a senate election.

In a joint statement, Olsen and Scheffer stated that they had a good idea about what they wanted the Henrickson family to go through on the show when they created it 8 years ago, and they are looking forward to ending the series in the best possible way.
