Jan 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The “Hawaii Five-O” that was aired on CBS on Sunday night immediately after the Super Bowl match has been drawing in a lot of comments. Firstly, it grabbed immediate attention after news of its screening broke out. The time slot that was allowed to the series by the channel is indeed a debatable one. Many wondered why “Hawaii Five-0″ instead of being aired during the usual week day prime time slot was given the preference for being showcased after the vital match.
Over the years, any television program that comes up after a high-rated match is known to earn a high viewer-ship. Sunday night too was the same case. Many had followed up the show after the much high-profile match where the Pittsburgh Steelers beat the New York Jets to claim the AFC Championship. No doubt the producers of “Hawaii Five-O” are bonding well with the CBS network producers! The episode that had been much hyped-about since prior to the final airing they had promised to come up with something special for the viewers however seemed to go not too well with the audience.
The special episode that dealt with a tsunami did not have much to offer, as claimed by many sources. With the gradual proceeding of the show it was eventually discovered that the whole thing was nothing but a false alarm which had attempted to add a twist to the script of the story. So even if you missed the episode there is not much to worry about. No matter even if the promise seems to have remained un-fulfilled, the show meanwhile did bring in a good amount of viewer-ship.
