Have Will Smith & Jada Pinkett split?
August 23rd, 2011 - 11:09 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattNew York, Aug 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Reports suggest that Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith have split. The couple has been married for the last 13 years but In Touch Magazine reports that the two want to end their marriage.
Smith and Jada have two children – 13-year-old Jaden and 10-year-old Willow – together. The announcement of the couple’s separation has shocked many people because just last month, they were pictured together in their luxurious Malibu home.
During a tour of the house with the Architectural Digest magazine, Smith explained that they designed the house with no “dead ends… to create an infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I hoped for our love.”
Jada agreed explaining that, “For Will and me this home was always a spiritual endeavour. We’re very earthy, organic people. We wanted to create a family retreat, something made by hand and as natural as possible, something that ties back to the land.”
If the procedure is finalized, it will be the second time that Smith will be ending his marriage. In 1995, Smith and Sheree Zampino ended their marriage after three years. The two had a son – 18-year-old Willard Christopher Smith – together.
Smith and Jada got married in 1997.
