Miley Cyrus London, Apr 1 (ANI): American actor David Hasselhoff’s teenage daughters are set to follow in his footsteps with a pop career of their own.

Hasselhoff, 56, who started his own singing career towards the end of the 1980s, calls his two girls Taylor Ann, 18, and Hayley Amber, 16, ‘The Hoff Drops’.

The ‘Baywatch’ star is preparing them for their music career, and has looked into enlisting top songwriters and even booked studio time for them.

As per Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills, who had a sneak preview of the two pop stars in action, the teen singers sound just like Disney sensation Miley Cyrus.

“David really wants it to work - it’s all he talks about,” the Sun quoted him as saying.

“He will be advising them, but he’s looking for full-time management for them. He’s sorted it all out and he’s very hands-on.

“They’re recording a song together. It’s like Miley Cyrus-ish pop - it’s teen pop,” he added.

Mills also revealed that even though Hasselhoff would be part of the girls’ careers, they were not too keen on all of his ideas, especially his choice of band name.

“David wants to name them but the kids won’t let him,” he added.
