Feb 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) TMZ has announced the name of the new General Manager of the company, and executive producer, Harvey Levin seems quite excited about it. The induction of Brett Bouttier, is expected to bring about more positive changes in the policy, sales and ad generation of TMZ. Most of the officials, including Harvey Levin is hopeful that he would be able to execute his tasks really well.
Harvey Levin said that Brett Bouttier has been involved with TMZ ever since the inception of the company, and therefore he feels that he is best at understanding its brands and policies. He also added that he feels great to have the new general manager fully dedicated to the company right now. Brett Bouttier, who was involved with Warner Brothers, would reportedly continue to look after the digital TV ad sales for his previous company. At the same time, he is simultaneously in charge of TMZ’s revenue, daily operations and ad sales for his new employer. His incorporation in TMZ was further backed by Jim Paratore, another executive producer of TMZ. He said that Brett Bouttier has acquired a range of experiences in both television and digital space, and that it exactly what TMZ needs right now to make the company evolve better.
However, no one is sure for how long, would Brett Bouttier sustain his position, as just about a couple of years ago, Pam Russo was inducted in the same position, and even at that time, Harvey Levin spoke similar positive things about her. He said that Pam Russo has the leadership quality to take the brand to the next level, and expand the business opportunity for TMZ. However, now the company says that TMZ anticipates some more advancements and therefore she had to quit the company.
