London, Dec 18 (ANI): Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has dipped into his deep pockets to buy one of the sexiest apartments in the Big Apple for a cool 4 million dollars.

And, hes already showing how savvy he can be in real estate by putting the place up for rent for a price of 20,000 dollars a month.

The 1,843 sq ft flat is on the fifth floor of a 13-storey glass-walled building in trendy SoHo designed up architect Jean Nouvel.

The building of Radcliffes new pad also has a 50ft swimming pool, steam room and hotel-like concierge service, reports The Sun.

Within the privacy of his flat, the young British actor has a 37ft by 19ft Great Room, two bedrooms, three bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows.

According to property records, the flat was snapped up by Gilmore Jacobs Ltd, the company set up in 2001 by Radcliffes parents when landed made his debut as the young boy wizard in the first Harry Potter movie. (ANI)
