This time too the Potter mania has created a scintillating effect on the viewers who waited with bated breathe for the latest Potter flick.. As per the latest report goes, “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows - Part 1″ is all set to break box office records.

The first day of its release saw a large of people heading towards the movie theaters through out the day, especially taking a toll in the late night shows. According to sources, Warner Brothers, who is the worldwide distributor of ” Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1″ has claimed that the movie opened to $125.1 million at the domestic box office, while doing a business $205 million from almost all the prospective foreign markets. ” Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1″ shot its spell straight into the box office on late Thursday night, when some 3,700 theaters screened the magical drama as midnight was seen to descend upon. Few of the theaters were also seen to screen shows as late as 3:15 in the night.

The debut of ” Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1″ is leading along with another biggest hit of the year, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” in the box office. According to sources, after Friday morning, the movie in the United States and Canada saw the buying of tickets some what equivalent to that of the 2005 movie “Harry potter and the Goblet Of Fire”. This could be counted as a result of the high inflation in ticket prices. However, the movie perhaps with some kind of secret spell has managed to put a good performance with the box office collection, once again crushing down the myth that sequels do not quite gain success in the box office.
