Nov 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The penultimate Harry Potter movie namely the part 1 of ‘Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows’ has been released and despite its bleak and sinister mood the movie has got largely positive reviews from the critics. The lead actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson reprise their roles in the movie and all of them show the evidence that they are maturing as actors and stepping out of teenage into adulthood. The movie as promised by the trailer looks grim and sets the stage for the final combat between Harry Potter and his clan and his arch rival Voldemort. Director David Yates has done a nice job but like all previous Harry Potter movie, this one faces the same dilemma that is packing in the huge plot of the book in a few hours on celluloid.
The director has been compelled to end the film in the middle of the story as the second part will take up the rest of the plot of the original book. The villainous mastermind aka Voldemort assumes power in the movie and gets hold of the Ministry of Magic. Thereafter he commences bloodline cleansing to wipe out the witches and wizards who are not so called ‘full blooded’. Harry Potter and his two close buddies are on the run and they are on their quest to discover and destroy the source of Voldemort’s magical powers.
The ‘Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows’ promises the viewers the ultimate in the clash between good and evil which will be unveiled in the sequel. The movie at 150 minutes is long but there are plenty of actions to keep the viewers hooked to the screen till the end.
