February 13th, 2010 - 4:51 pm ICT by ANILondon, Feb 13 (ANI): American actor Harrison Ford is said to have done his bit for Haiti by flying volunteers and supplies to the earthquake hit island in his own plane.
Ford, 67, used his Cessna 208 Caravan to support Operation Smile, a charity which provides free reconstructive surgery.
He flew in 20 volunteers, surgeons, an anaesthetist, nurses and medical supplies.
“This is not about me, it is just about doing what I can to help Operation Smile,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying. (ANI)
