June 18, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Hollywood actor, Harrison Ford, who is well known for playing the title character in the Indiana Jones series, has tied the knot with his girlfriend Calista Flockhart, a renowned TV actress. The couple married after having a long relationship lasting all of eight years.

Their wedding was performed secretly at the Governor’s mansion in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Here, Harrison is filming his movie Cowboys and Aliens, which is set to release on 29th July, 2011.

Former presidential candidate Governor Bill Richardson performed the wedding ceremony on June 15. The former Ally McBeal star Calista got engaged to Ford on April 1st three years back. The 67 year old Ford had married twice, earlier, but both the marriages failed to work.

Ford divorced his second wife, screenwriter Melissa Mathisonin in 2004, which cost him £100million. The actor has two his sons from his first wife, Mary Marquardt and two children from his second wife. The actor also has three grandchildren.

Calista, 45, who has an adopted son Liam of 9 years, is very excited after getting married to the action hero.

Ford is well known for his performances in the original Star Wars trilogy as Han Solo. He has been in the industry for the last forty years. The Empire’s ‘The Top 100 Movie Stars of All Time’ list, ranked Ford as number one in 1997.

Calista Flockhart became popular playing the title character in Ally McBeal, which is a comedy-drama series aired by Fox. She has earned a Golden Globe Award for playing this particular role.
