Manhattan, Nov 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Hand and foot model Christina Amber who fell in love with a porter is facing discrimination at the high-end society where she lives in. The upper-crust co-operative board of a luxury Upper East Side building is trying to evict one of its high-class residents Christina Ambers for marrying one of its lowly porters Angel Rotger, according to a $10 million lawsuit.

According to media reports, the building’s staff allegedly refuses to get cabs for the couple and don’t tell them when messengers and packages arrive. The building residents and staff are trying their best to evict the hand and foot model Chrisitna Ambers and her porter husband Angel Rotger.

The lawsuit claims that her husband, Angel Rotger, lost his job and building employees made her hail her own taxis and retrieve her packages after the couple became romantically involved.

“I hope that people can understand how awful it is to come home and to then be treated with hostility in a building where I have paid a lot of money to live. Nobody should have to live this way.” “The people in this building need to come into the 21st century,” Ambers said. “I fell in love with Angel because he is a sweet, caring man – how dare they look down on us!”
