While Halle Berry’s husband Gabriel Aubry wants the full custody of his baby daughter, the couple are fighting it out in the courts and also searching for all options that may be available to them under the law.

While Halle Berry is now in South Africa shooting for her new film, it has been reported that her ex-husband is making use of the time to talk to lawyers and obtain the full custody of their little daughter. It has been reported that the couple had split almost a month ago and since then both Halle Berry and her husband Gabriel Aubry have been paying visits to the office of their lawyer to discuss matters on divorce settlements and custody of their child. It has been reported that the couple are also discussing the division of financial issues after their split.

While Halle Berry is away in South Africa for three months and she is also planning to take Nahla along with her, Gabriel Aubry is finding it increasingly difficult to stay away from Nahla and this is why he has taken the decision to speak to his lawyers about full custody of his daughter. A source close to the father says that Gabriel Aubry loves his daughter very much and cannot bear to stay away from her for such a long time, he wants to be a continuous presence in the life of his daughter. However, Halle Berry too wants to spend time with Nahla. Since both partners are not prepared to enter a compromise, they decided that the best thing to do would be to seek the help of a lawyer.
