Halle Berry makes Salma Hayek a witness in her custody battle

The famous actress who was once dubbed as the most beautiful woman on the planet has enlisted the help of Salma Hayek in her high profile custody case.
Apparently, Halle Berry wants to take her adorable four year old child to live in France something which does not go down well with the father of the child model Gabriel Aubry.
The battle for the custody has been going on for a while with Gabriel insisting that he wants his child to remain in the United States. Halle on the other hand wants the move because of the paparazzi.
On that note, Halle berry has persuaded Salma Hayek who is the wife of French billionaire François-Henry Penult to go ahead and file a declaration stating that she is conversant that France is a very safe and secure place for a celebrity like her because of the tough paparazzi laws.
Halle who is 45 stated that she spends a lot of her time with daughter there and that they always free to do their own thing there. She therefore wants the courts to allow her move with her daughter to France.
