Halle Berry’s Ex-Beau Gabriel Aubry Files For Joint Custody Of Daughter Nahla

actress Halle Berry is going to face some challenges as her ex-beau Canadian model Gabriel Aubry has filed for getting joint custody of their two-and-a-half-year-old daughter Nahla.
Earlier, Aubry filed legal documents declaring himself as the father of the girl. Now, the latest documents suggest that he wants to get joint physical and legal custody to support their daughter.
The 44-year old actress gave birth to her daughter in 2008. Halle Berry met Aubry during a photoshoot at the Italian fashion house Versace and dated him for two years before giving birth to their daughter. Aubry is nine years junior to her but Halle said that she is very happy to be with him. They separated last year in April.
Aubry has requested the Los Angeles Superior Court that he is keen to share the custody of his daughter with Berry. Now, the actress is dating actor Olivier Martinez.
On the other hand, the Oscar winning actress once said that she is ready to leave acting if it comes on the way of upbringing of her daughter.
So, will she agree to share the responsibility and custody of her daughter with her former boyfriend? Well, she does not have any option now as Aubry is her daughter’s biological father.
