Haiti single no longer No 1 in UK singles chart
March 1st, 2010 - 5:27 pm ICT by ANILondon, Mar 1 (ANI): American R&B singer Jason Derulo has knocked Simon Cowell’s celebrity charity song for victims of the Haiti earthquake off the top of the UK singles charts.
After retaining No 1 position for two weeks, Helping Haiti’s Everybody Hurts was pushed down eight places to ninth spot.
‘In My Head’, a new entry by 20-year-old Derulo, shot straight in at number one, reports the Mirror.
Florence Welch and Dizee Rascal had to settle for number two for their collaboration You Got The Dirtee Love.
In the album charts, Lady Gaga’s The Fame moved up from number two to the top for a second time.
The album spent four weeks at number one last year. (ANI)
