Aug 17 (IBNS) Hailey Glassman has described as first love the newly-estranged father of eight, Jon Gosselin, after letting the man cage her heart.

It seemed that following endless tabloid headlines and intense public scrutiny, Jon Gosselin’s lover Glassman is careful defending her relationship with the reality star dad.

Glassman: I’m not some fame whore. I want people to know the truth. Right now I’m speaking from my heart, myself. I’m not some celebrity, I’m not some famous person – I’m just a 22-year-old girl who got caught in the middle of all this.

She also ruled out speculations that her relationship with Jon resulted in terminating his 10 year marriage to Kate Gosselin.

Glassman said the couple were separated for months before she became an item with Jon. In fact, her budding relationship with the father of eight began while he was staying at her parents’ home.

She also said she wasn’t worried about her player beau going to the Hamptons with former Star magazine reporter Kate Major last month.

“I know what Jon tells me and I know him, but she’s cuckoo, cuckoo, you know?” Glassman said of Major, who claimed to be in a relationship with Jon.
