Gwyneth Paltrow to play a sex addict in movie

Los Angeles, Sept 8 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Variety magazine has announced that Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow will play the role of a sex addict in a new movie. The new movie is a comedy drama that deals with sex addiction.

The movie is titled Thanks for Sharing and it will feature other stars like Tim Robbins, Mark Ruffalo and Joely Richardson. The movie will be the first for Stuart Blumberg as a director.

During an interview with the magazine, the Oscar nominated script writer said that, “I couldn’t imagine actors more perfect than Gwyneth, Mark, Tim and Joely for this film. I can’t wait to see them bring these characters to life with their unique and formidable talents.”

In Thanks for Sharing, Paltrow’s character will be a successful businesswoman who seeks help for sex addiction. At the rehab center, she meets Ruffalo’s character and gets involved with him.

Paltrow’s recent project is Steven Soderbergh’s Contagion. The movie opened recently at the Venice Film Festival. The movie is set in the 70s era and follows a viral attack that goes through the world.

Paltrow will be in the next Iron Man movie which will be released next year.
