larry1Nov. 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Groat’s Disease or the Groat’s syndrome was again brought up in this week’s episode of the popular show “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” The disease was accompanied by many others like young, 9 year old girls covered in rashes. The central point of the show was, however, a reunion with “Seinfield” that was brought about by a reading on the table. Then, there was Michael Richards who could not get rid of his past as it kept popping up everywhere. The “Seinfield” reunion show was indeed very nicely put up by the characters. They had made the sets to resemble the “Seinfield” one and had even painstakingly assembled a cast.

In the show, the script of the new “Seinfield” takes off where it had ended. Each person picked up one favorite character and built it up from there: what the characters have done in the intervening years and what they are doing now. Take, for instance, the character of George. He supposedly got married to someone called Amanda and got rich off an iPhone application called the iToilet. However, keeping to his bungling nature, he loses half of the money by trading Bernie Madoff. Realizing his mistake and not wanting to get into any more hard work, he is currently engaged in trying to win back the affections of his former wife, who is still rich.

It was the Groat’s Disease part that hit the cords just right. A fictional disease created for “Curb Your Enthusiasm”, Kramer is the one affected by it. A funny situation is created around it, with a doctor being called who had been dead for the past two years and somebody impersonating him.

Groats Disease is not fictional and I’ll be happy to prove it.

Just go to the annual convention, Walk Across America or conclave in Costa Rica and you’ll see for yourself.

  2. Bill Weaver Says:

Can’t wait until the next walk. Hopefully I won’t miss it this time.

  3. Samantha Conover Says:

Groats disease is not something to joke about. My dad has it but he controls it pretty well. But if he doesn’t take his pills, he gets real nervous and doesn’t smile too much. Kind of a pain when we are out in public.

  4. linda f Says:

i hope it is real because i donated $500 to groats research. My dad had it bad and really suffered his last days.

that walk across america for groats disease is helping families like us and i appreciate their work

  5. Rex Lambert Says:

I am still taking meds for it. They help but not a lot. Groats is a lifelong battle.

I hope the Walk Across America For Groats Disease” can bring some money into bringing cost of meds down.

  6. Dean Says:
