May 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) This seems to be the age of the young ones, at least as far as the entertainment industry is concerned. The saying goes even more for the music industry of the United States, what with all the really young taking over the microphones, and the billboard charts from then on. After the likes of the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Justin Bieber, it is the turn of yet another wannabe pop star grabbing the eyeballs and the ears. The newest kid on the celebrity block is Greyson Michael Chance.

So far a nonentity, the kid, and he is literally just that, has grabbed quite a bit of attention when a video of him performing ‘Paparazzi’ by Lady Gaga got posted on the internet. The boy is just a sixth grader at present, and the video that had been posted on YouTube showed him performing the said number during a school musical program. In fact, it was a talent program that he had participated in, and no wonder he got the judges really impressed with his impeccable vocals and perfect piano accompaniment.

In fact, Greyson Michael Chance seems to be a multitalented youngster, for he is as well versed with the piano as he is good with his voice. Moreover, he is also a bit of a composer, with some original tunes being posted on the internet. He confessed that he is very much ‘inspired’ with Lady Gaga, saying that although she may be a bit weird at times, she surely has immense talent. However, he seems pretty impressed with Justin Bieber too, given that he got up on the stage sporting a haircut like the teen singing icon.
