Grey’s Anatomy: Surgeon vs. Surgeon

Mar 11 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A surgical case dealing with a tumor in a patient leaves Dr. Weber and Dr. Hunt fighting against each other for the surgery. Dr. Webber discus’s the tumor surgery with Christina and tells her she can scrub in on the surgery if she does not give any information to Owen. Hunt questions Dr. Yang about the surgery and she makes up excuses over her help with Richard Webber. Dr. Sheppard meets with the surgeons to confer over the best possible solution for the tumor removal. After consideration he lets Hunt perform the surgery this decision causes problems with the ex-chief of staff Dr. Webber.

Karev examines a patient complaining of breathing difficulties. During the examination Dr. Karev cannot find his heart beat when suddenly the patient collapses. After test show his heart is near his kidney the doctors tell him they need to insert implant s in his chest to hold his heart up.

The female patient with the tumor, Mrs. Taylor does not want the surgery she just wants to live one more month so she can see her daughter get married. The surgeons talk to her about their plan to remove the tumor and that it may work and it if does she could live along life. After an argument with her husband about living her life and taking the “it may” risk she agrees to the procedure. During the surgery Hunt pages Webber to help when things go wrong. The two surgeons work together frantically to save the patient and her liver, their teamwork and quick thinking makes the surgery a success.

Bailey panics over her third date and Cali reassures her it will be fine. During dinner Amanda starts to consider a long time relationship with her date.

Lexi breaks down in the restroom at the hospital when she finds out that Sloan is moving on with his life without her.
