Grey’s Anatomy: A new chief in town

Feb 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) As the Chief of Surgery Dr. Webber is in the process of handing over the hospital to new chief of surgery Derek Sheppard both are at odds with the staff and each other over the decision.
Arizona notices that Alex is missing his opportunity at being a great pediatric surgeon and helps him to discover his gift. A young teenage boy complaining of abdominal problems has Dr. Karev fighting to save his life after a problem appears with his heart. Paging Yang to assist in the surgery has Christina playing tug of war between Dr. Hunt and the heart specialist hired at Seattle Grace.
Dr. Bailey has a patient wake during surgery from problems that occurred with anesthesia. Needing more surgery the patient refuses to let Bailey operate and only agrees to allow Dr. Grey to perform more surgery on her.
Derek facing his first law suit as new Chief of Surgery is feeling the pressure.
Bailey talks to Dr. Webber and tells him to be better then we was and be the chief she knows he can be and Be Better. Derek talks to his new staff and apologizes to the patient who woke during surgery, telling everyone this is a clean slate and everyone starts over clean.
