California, Apr 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Gretchen Rossi, known for her appearance in the reality show “The Real Housewives of Washington D.C.”, had recently been issued a warrant against her by a judge in California. According to the reports, the judge had issued a warrant of arrest, initially, but later on, he reversed his decision, saying that she should be given the time of a week to appear in court for a hearing. Gretchen Rossi had been scheduled to appear in court for a hearing regarding her legal battle with a man who is allegedly her former flame, but she had failed to do so.

According to the reports, Gretchen Rossi had been accused of the man, Jay Photoglou, for having reported falsely about their relationship to the media and while she was still part of the reality series. However, all the claims were brushed off by Gretchen Rossi herself, who in turn claimed that Jay Photoglou had attempted to harass her, her boyfriend Slade Smiley and also their pet dog. However, she was not able to prove the charges. Neither could she bring not effect her demand for a restraining order against Jay Photoglou.

As Gre6tchen Rossi was not able to prove her accusation, she was ordered to pay a fine of 200,000 to Jay Photoglou. However, she refused, stating that she did not have that amount of money, and the case continued. At present, the process of evaluation of jeer financial strength is on, something, feel many, is just the star’s idea of drawing out the process. Gretchen Rossi herself has not commented on the issue. It is not yet known whether she would be appearing in the court this time or not.
