carlDec. 09, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Gretchen Carlson, a journalist with Fox and Friends, recently sat for an interview with Derek Jeter. Whatever she said was candid but rather one sided, and the most noticeable aspect of the interview was that she very conveniently forgot to mention the very glaring fact that her husband had once been employed by Derek Jeter as an agent.

The interview that Gretchen Carlson conducted was so obviously positive that it seemed almost like a laudatory speech. Even before beginning the interview, she introduced her guest by saying that he is considered to be the person who does everything right. She began the interview by calling Derek Jeter one of the most promising athletes of recent times. She then went on to lay some more praise on the athlete, asking him how he managed to live his life so flawlessly, despite suffering from all the troubles of being a celebrity, that is, having cameras trained on him all the time. All her praises were obviously drawn from the fact that Derek Jeter had been recently named the “Sportsman of the Year” by Sports Illustrated. However, in the end, she did say that she had been able to find one flaw in the perfect man, that is, that he doesn’t make his bed.

The worst part of the interview was that Gretchen Carlson completely forgot to ask Derek Jeter about his alleged ties to Rachel Uchitel, the reported mistress of Tiger Woods, something very careless indeed, considering that Tiger Woods is the hottest topic in all talk shows of late. She also apparently forgot to mention throughout the show that her husband, Casey Close, had been employed as Derek Jeter’s agent.
