Teen chef Greg Grossman has signed a deal. Hollywood Reporter reports that the 14 year old chef has signed the deal to create and develop and star in his own reality show.

Grossman is a professional chef. This eight grader has been having a flourishing career as a celebrity chef. He became a rising sensation in Hampton working as a caterer. The kid hails from East Hampton, New York. For the television series, the teen chef is planning to team up with New York based firm Picture this Television.

Picture this Television partner Bryan Scott said that, “The moment we met Greg, we knew he was a one of a kind talent. It is not everyday you encounter a kid who goes to junior high school during the day and cooks with some of the world’s leading chefs at night.”

Greg Grossman started catering since the age of 11 and has been catering galleries openings. He has always said that it was his very passionate regard for food and cooking that led him to his choice of profession, and this early. His work and age both drew the media attention hugely and dragged him into the limelight.

Celebrity chefs also got interested in him meanwhile. He landed a gig while helping out in Alinea’s kitchen. The Monday night show saw Greg helping out celebrity chef Grant Achatz in the popular Alinea’s kitchen.

Greg is still a minor, so he does not have a professional license yet. Clients therefore have to employ him as a “personal chef”. At the tender young age of 10, he had presented in-front of his parents with such extravagant food, that they believed then on that he was going to be a phenomenon.
