Grammy organisers want Rihanna to perform in 2011

January 30th, 2010 - 2:25 pm ICT by IANS Tell a Friend -

Rihanna London, Jan 30 (IANS) Singer Rihanna might bag another chance to perform at the Grammy awards show though she pulled out of the 2009 edition of the music awards ceremony at the last minute.
While the 21-year-old chose to scrap her appearance following a fight with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, Grammy producer Ken Ehrlich insists there are no hard feelings toward the “Umbrella” hit maker.

“How can you be mad at Rihanna? Rihanna is a lovely person. No, we’re not mad at her. We actually talked about possibly doing something this year but I think probably next year will be Rihanna’s year,” Ehrlich had said.

Rihanna is now expected to attend the 2010 edition of the event, which will take place in Los Angeles Sunday. She is nominated for two awards for album “Run This Town”, her collaboration with Jay-Z and Kanye West.
