Marvin Sapp height= Sep 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Supporters from all over the world are offering their condolences today on Facebook to Gospel Singing Artist, Marvin Sapp as he mourns the death of his wife, mother of his three children, co-pastor, manager, and best friend, MaLinda Sapp.

According to a statement from Verity Records, the label under which Sapp records his music, MaLinda lost her fight with colon cancer on Thursday night. No other details were given at that time from The New York Times.

Marvin and MaLinda co-pastored the Lighthouse Full Life Center Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They had been married for fifteen years, and had three children, Marvin II, Mikaila, and Madisson. MaLinda was a professional counsellor, and administrative pastor at her husband’s church, as well as manager and Executive Producer on many of Marvin’s recordings.

Station 92.1 Praise Houston released this statement, “It’s with our deepest sympathy that we inform you that Pastor Marvin Sapp’s wife MaLinda Sapp has passed on today after battling colon cancer. It was confirmed on the Lonnie Williams show today. An official press release has not been issued yet but more details will be coming on the Yolanda Adams Morning show tomorrow morning! Earlier this year, Marvin Sapp was testifying of how his wife, MaLinda, was given a clean bill of health by doctors after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer in 2009. But then, those health concerns resurfaced and Marvin Sapp requested intense, around-the-clock prayer.”
